Full day daycare pets can be picked 3-7pm. Half day pets can be picked up by 12 noon or if your pet is doing daycare in the afternoon as his/her half day pick up is by 7pm.
You can pick up your pet from 8am-12pm or 3pm-7pm. If your pet is receiving a bath, we ask that you pick up between 3-7pm. If your pet does not receive a bath & you pick up between 3-7pm, there will be a “Day Boarding” fee on your departure day.”
Your pet can be dropped off as early at 7am for full day or half day daycare. If you decide to do half day daycare you can either do your half day in the am 7-12 or in the pm 3-7.

Our professionally trained staff is experienced in recognizing illness. If this were the case we would contact your veterinarian, or if unavailable, we would contact our vets and provide transportation. We will administer medications at a charge of $2.00 per dose. You need to bring medications in an airtight container. Charlotte Kennels’ business office is open Sundays! We are open 7 days a week, 8-12pm and 3pm-7pm. The day of the week does not matter.
No, we can tell most of the time who wants to be left alone and who wants to play. Ultimately that is your decision. We generally do not allow dogs to play together until they have been in the kennel with us for 24 hours. This allows them time to see others and take ownership
Most dogs will eat after the initial commotion slows down. We watch very closely to see what your pet does. If after 24 hours your pet has not eaten, we will try to add something to their food to incentivize them to eat a little bit. Depending on the dog's allergies, that may be some
