Yes, we are licensed and inspected several times a year by North Carolina Department of Agriculture. Yes, we are fully insured. We hold ourselves to the very highest standards regarding our care for your pets.

Do you provide bedding?

Yes. We provide blankets/mats for the pets to sleep on. Cats are provided with a cat bed. Dogs also receive a Kuranda dog bed. You are welcome to bring your dog’s own bedding if you wish, but please no towels (they easily get mixed up with our own), oversized beds, or comforters. All items from

What do you do on bad weather days or when it is extremely hot or very cold?

As much as we hate to keep dogs inside, safety always comes first. If severe storms or heavy rain is imminent, we bring all boarding and daycare dogs indoors to ensure their well-being. Dogs may also have restricted play time if temperature or heat index is forecast to be 95° or above, or below 40°

Can I take a tour?

A tour can be scheduled if you would like to view our facility. A tour is not required to board or attend daycare. Due to the nature of the business we do not recommend “drop in tours” or “on the spot tours”. Dogs/Cats are not permitted to be with you during a tour.
